I guess you could say real estate is in her DNA, Jennifer Terry Proctor, is the third generation “Terry” realtor at Terry Real Estate. Jennifer graduated from Hughes Springs High School, then Texas A&M University - Texarkana with a Bachelor’s of Science degree, followed by obtaining her real estate license in 2004 and her broker’s license in 2006. Jennifer takes pride in continuing to educate herself in all things real estate, taking extra continuing education classes, staying current with the trends of the real estate market, and maintaining a strong network of lenders, home inspectors, title companies, appraisers and contractors. She works hard for every single one of her clients, while maintaining honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Jennifer is a repeat yearly multi-million dollar producer. She resides in Hughes Springs with her husband Damon and their two sons. When she isn’t helping with the buying and selling of real estate she is an avid nature enthusiast, bookworm, and a dedicated baseball fan. Jennifer also serves as a Hughes Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors member and a mentor for the At-Risk Youth Program at Hughes Springs ISD.
